Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile applications, web applications, and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by RJC Technology Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

RJC Technology Ltd. provides mobile and web applications for various purposes, which may include subscription-based services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Services

Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain subscription services. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design, are owned by RJC Technology Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Services become our property, and we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RJC TECHNOLOGY LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9.3 Limitation Amount

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RJC Technology Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice describing the dispute and your desired resolution to admin@rjctechnology.ca.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association and will take place in British Columbia, Canada.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RJC Technology Ltd. regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

18.1 Apple App Store

If you access our Services through an application downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and RJC Technology Ltd., not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them

18.2 Google Play Store

If you access our Services through an application downloaded from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and RJC Technology Ltd., not Google, and Google has no responsibility or liability related to the application.
